The Role


Responsibilities

  • Actively manage paid social campaigns to achieve clients’ goals – which may vary from engagement, acquisitions, direct response, reach and frequency, etc.
  • Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix.
  • Prepare schedules and adjust them when needed.
  • Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI).
  • Report to clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Sourcing and presenting audience data and advertising proposals to clients for feedback.
  • Proofreading advertising material before launching campaigns.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the development and launch of campaigns.
  • Monitoring audience and media trends, practices, and new technologies

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar.
  • Strong computer skills with programs such as MS Office, Google Suite, and Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn.
  • Proven 5-7 years of experience as a Media Buyer or similar role; experience in digital media is preferred.
  • Familiarity with media buying, planning, and research.
  • Interest in following advertising and media trends.
  • Must have experience as Media Buyer in (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking skills.
