Eligibility:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a well-reputed university
Experience:
Fresh Graduates (candidates with experience may also apply)
Age:
- Up to 30 Years
- 2 years’ age relaxation for the following candidates:
- Who have completed their Dars-e-Nizami or Shahadat Ul Alamiyah and possess an HEC Equivalency Letter
- Hafiz-e-Quran
- Differently-abled persons
Job Responsibility:
- To provide outstanding 24/7 customer service over the phone.
- Cater to customer’s banking requests, answer or escalate customer’s queries & process complaints related to products and services.
- Maintain a strong communication channel via constant coordination with nationwide branches and Head Office departments.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent communication skills (fluent in Urdu & English)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Capable of working under pressure and in shifts
